The Salami Cabinet SALK601 is one of our range of Italian Deli Cabinets by IP and is perfect for the storage and presentation of charcuterie and specialist cheese.

Robust build quality makes this cabinet perfect for use in restaurants, hotels, delicatessen, wine bars, and elegant design makes it perfect for the home too.

The elegant yet functional cabinet stores your ham and cheese ranges at a temperature that can be set between +4ºC and +18ºC. With two independent storage areas, you can have two different temperatures which is perfect for the storage of hams in one section and cheese in the other.
