If you have questions, a problem or an emergency, call us first to see if we can help you over the phone. You can send us photos via email or social media to give us more detailed information. We’ll do all we can to address the problem, put your mind at ease, or help you to manage the situation until our engineer can get to you.
If the engineer is able to carry out repairs there and then, extra time and spares will need to be paid for prior to work starting. This will be discussed with you via our office team while the engineer is still in attendance.
Important: Depending on the installation, you may need to arrange for access before the engineer arrives, and for restorative works after the engineer has completed remedial work.
Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions with reference to Access and Safety and restoration works during and after the engineers’ visit.
If something goes wrong, you need qualified help and you need it promptly. You also need an engineer who is familiar with your equipment, and how it works in your particular environment. This is where you win with Wine Corner. Our in-house engineers are specially trained with all our products and how your equipment should be working within your particular environment. Wine Cellars and Wine Rooms are our specialty, so you are in the best hands possible.
When you ask us to install your equipment, the engineer will explain what maintenance is needed and will leave a copy of the Manufacturer’s installation and operation manual.Maintenance normally consists of checking the control panel, ventilation, and installing a new filter every 12 months.
For the absolute best in preventative maintenance, you can also sign up for our Annual Service Agreement which also includes a visual ‘health check’ of your room or cellar. Click here to find out more.
