They say experience tells you what to do, and confidence allows you to do it.  Taking up the Annual Service Agreement is the smart way to ensure your wine conditioning equipment delivers optimum performance to keep your wine safe and at its best.

What’s included in the Annual Service Agreement?

For existing Fondis or Winemaster equipment
(any age, there is no limit)

One on-site visit to carry out a complete Annual Service and health check.

Supply and fit a new dust filter and clean all accessible parts.

10% discount on any other parts needed during the term of the agreement.

£350 (inc. VAT)

For new equipment less than 30 days old

First on-site visit within 4 weeks of installation, we will carry out a full installation survey, health check and ensure all paperwork is complete.

A ‘HOW TO’ demonstration will be given by our engineer so you know how to make daily checks.

Second of 2 on-site visits (1 year later), we will carry out an Annual Service and health check.

Supply and fit a new dust filter and clean all accessible parts.

10% discount on any other parts needed during the term of the agreement.
